In my experience, content quality still matters more than just consistency. Posting regularly helps, but if the content doesn’t resonate, the reach and engagement won’t grow much. Ideally, you find a schedule you can maintain with quality rather than just posting often without real value. Curious what others are seeing too

Quality matters more, but you still have to be consistent in order to build and maintain a following. Learning how to promote, share, and work the algorithms is important too.

You can’t separate them today. Consistency gives the platform data to work with, quality decides what happens after that. Lose either one and growth stalls.
