Instagram won't upload my reels

Hey guys , i hope you are doing well , basically i have a phone where i target usa with sim + proxy and i upload on tiktok and instagram from my phone;

On tiktok everything works fine , the videos get uploaded and get views ;

The problem i have is on instagram and it s making me go crazy , whenever i try to upload a reel , it takes an eternity to do and at the end it doesn t get uploaded . i ve only managed to upload 2 from my phone but after that every video now is impossible to post .

I have tried posting on my PC using the proxy ip ofc , and it get posted but it never gets views and also idk why ?? i only got views when i posted from my phone .

Does anyone know why , should i change some settings when i export it from capcut ?
(i checked if my account had any bans on account status and everything looks normal)

What have you done to get some organic traffic?

Does the video meet the minimum due diligence criteria , like not being the 1000th copy paste of what's already on there and such?

This is a proxy/connection speed issue. Instagram's upload is more sensitive to packet loss and latency than TikTok. Your mobile proxy may be too slow or unstable for IG's servers. Try uploading via mobile data (4G/5G) without the proxy to confirm; if it works, you need a higher-quality, low-latency residential or mobile proxy. PC uploads get zero views because the IP is flagged as non-mobile/data center.

Before digging into CapCut settings, try a simple test: record a short 5-second clip directly in the Instagram camera and upload that. If it still hangs, the problem is almost certainly with the device/network trust, not the video export.

CapCut rarely causes uploads to fail unless the file is using some odd codec, so this test will tell you in seconds where to look.

Yeah this sounds like some weird connection type of thing if I'm being honest but it's strange that it work on Tiktok. I'd test reinstalling Instagram etc

having 0 views is a problem , it means instagram didn't show the reel to anybody and it s impossible in normal behavior. And the video is originial since it hits good views on tiktok .

i m afraid if i try to upload a video without any proxy i will get flagged or something like that because my real ip is nowhere near the proxy ip location .

yea i did that and it worked , it s a network problem ; do you have any idea where i should look to solve this issue

You're right to be cautious. The risk isn't just IP location mismatch; it's the combination of mobile carrier network signatures that Instagram expects. A static residential IP from a PC lacks the mobile carrier HTTP headers (like X-Forwarded-For patterns) that a real phone on 4G provides, making it detectable as a non-mobile device even if the IP is "clean." For safety, test without proxy on a spare, low-value account first.

update , i tried 1080 p and i guess it worked , it took some time tho , i ll be testing with other videos also . But now even the video that was uploaded with phone has 0 views i think my account i f*cked up
