For long-form YouTube style content, Invideo is the standard but the watermark on the free version is a pain. Most guys here just use the free AI tools to generate the raw clips and then stitch everything together in CapCut.

Don't expect 10-minute videos with one click for free. Use Kling for the b-roll and do the manual work if you don't have the budget for a Runway subscription.
