Chibicosmic messaged me in dm and also replied to a thread posted by in WTB section for the purchase of warmed up google ads accounts. He sent me a offer in my dm and then added me on telegram.
He said that he will provide me google ads account and want upfront payment for it. We finalized a price and i paid him 210 for Google ads account + Ads Budget via btc.
After accepting the payment he said wait until the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. One the payment was confirmed he told me to wait for the delivery of accounts but i didn't hear him again for hours. I kept messaging and asking him to send accounts but he kept saying that he will tell his VA to provide me account.
After few days i told him again to send me account as soon as possible or i will raise a dispute on BHW but he again said that he will send account today. After few hours of this he cleaned all my chats but luckily i took all the screenshots before he cleaned the chat.
I confronted him and said i have all the proofs and i will raise a dispute. He asked me not to raise a dispute as it will get his account banned. He said he will return my funds in 1-2 days. But now it has been more than 22 days and I have not received my refund. He keeps on making excuses
Please review this case and resolve it.

I gave him enough time to refund me and I have also told him multiple times that i will raise a dispute on BHW
What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I am looking for a fair investigation by BHW staff and strict action against the accused based on the provided evidence. Ideally, I would like a refund of my payment if possible. More importantly, I want to ensure that this seller is held accountable so that other members—especially new ones—are not scammed in the same way.
