I have a quick question. I’ve noticed that some sellers have their threads pinned at the top of forum pages. Do they pay an additional fee for that, or is it included as part of a package? I’m asking because I’m planning to join Jr. VIP after meeting all the requirements, and I’d like to understand how thread pinning works.

Yes pinned posts cost extra. The cost varies based on the sub forum.

You can ask support to send you the pricing when you get Jr. VIP and a sales thread approved.

Jr exec and Exec promotions were handled by Zwi. Since he left his position, this part of the forum will now be handled by @PetraAnn

Just curious about how things are moving on this side now. Since Zwi handled Jr Exec and Exec promotions before, are the recent or upcoming Jr Executive VIP decisions now being made by PetraAnn?

The last Jr VIP promotion I remember was on March 4, 2025, and there haven’t been any new ones since then. Not complaining at all, just genuinely interested in how the process looks going forward and when we might see the next Jr Executive VIP added.

I'm not a part of BHW's staff but maybe their plates are full and Jr. Exec and Exec need a complete overhaul. It may take more time. Petra will be in a better position to explain what's going on behind the scenes.

That makes sense and I agree. These roles are important, so it’s better they take the time to review and possibly restructure things properly instead of rushing decisions. I’m sure @PetraAnn will clarify once things settle down and she has a clearer picture of how they want to move forward. Happy to wait and see how it plays out.

We have 2 really big projects we're working on trying to roll out for February. The first one is to clean up old, locked sales threads (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/your-feedback-needed-a-plan-for-old-sales-threads.1752048/) and the other is to restrict the off site contact information. So once we have these out, I think we'll finally be ready to start addressing the Exec and Jr. Exec program.

My advice is to just keep engaging with the forum and each other in an organic manner. Whatever the program ends up being, we'll want members who are real, active and contributing in the program.

Thanks for the transparency, Petra. That actually clears things up a lot. Both projects sound important and long overdue, so it makes sense to prioritize them before touching the Exec and Jr. Exec program.

Appreciate the advice as well. Staying active and contributing naturally is what most of us are doing anyway. Looking forward to seeing how everything rolls out and to the future direction of the program once things are in place.

I saw that the removal of old sales threads and the regulations on off-site contact are both done now. Since both of those are settled, why not take the next step with the Exec and Jr Exec program?

I will remain active and involved in the community regardless. I would like to know your ideas about starting this program.

Right now most of it is in the planning stage. We've started polling the Jr. Execs and Executive VIPs on perks and are currently engaging them in discussion about the program requirements. I can tell you that there will likely be 5 tiers and at least the 1st one won't have an upgrade requirement.

If you have friends among Jr. Exec VIPs, they can vote for you and pull you up. There is no need to be jealous. It's just a community within a community like how we form a gang in high school

You've been here less than 2 months. And there have been no promotions in a long time. What's your previously banned profile name?

That's not how members used to be promoted. Existing Jr. Execs did have the option to recommend a member but it was just that - a recommendation. Staff then evaluated that member and if they met some pre-determined criteria, they were invited to join Jr. exec.
