GMB Domains!

hi, a domain name linked to a live, well-optimized Google Business Profile is
significantly more valuable in the context of the associated business
and local search performance.

would you say the value falls in how good the listing is ? meaning more reviews more indexed pages ? etc ? or just any domain associated with a live GMB listing would have value ?

GMB and the website are both tied to each other. You can't rank for high competition keywords if you don't have a well-optimized website for that particular GMB.

alright to be more clear say i have a list of 200 domains that are expired but still up on GMB live listings how would i go on about valuing each one ? do i go by the reviews ? the indexed pages ? the age of the domain itself ? is it like expired domains or there is another parameter am missing ?

also am being asked by a client to provide expired gmb domains no matter the age or the reviews which seems odd to me can you shed some light on what he might be using them for ?

The domains you should select depend totally on the area that you want to target. And you should target those areas that have higher profitability and are easy to rank.

And your reviews would be on GMB, not on the website itself.

And expired domain or not, you should know how to rank a business in Google Maps and local search.

I have ranked many businesses with just fresh domains because of proper optimization. And yes, age does matter, but if you don't know how to do SEO, then it wouldn't matter.

Thank you for taking the time few questions can someone claim the listing just by owning the domain ? any ideas what my client is doing with them ? I'm intrigued

No, i don't think so. You can't claim a listing just because you own a domain. You will need to perform the video verification for each business that you own.

And your client owns 200 domains or listings or both?

Most probably he wants to create the PBN network for himself or run a rank and rent businesses for those local niche domains. And expired domains are the ones that you use when creating PBNs.
