Nice Post. The traffic method seems good. I agree that youtube,twitter can be a rich source of traffic, if used in the right way.
I think targeted backlinks would helps your site grow in SERPS even more. Try and play with your adsense placements, colors to optmize it to the best.
It would be great if you could elaborate a bit on content creation.

join as many of them as possible and keep building them. Treat them as if they were your own site. I think of SNAs as basically free mini-sites. THe more the better.
once you have your accounts set up you are going to use keywords off of your list and already on your site. This will reinforce the keywords and help increase their already good trend growth (remember we built the original list from keywords with high trend growth).
of course link everything together.
and yes keep adding friends/subcribers/etc. for each account.
I'm having trouble understanding the BH part(tutorial *hint hint*
The BH part is simple. Pick a social network. Then head over to the corresponding section right here at BHW and check out the stickied threads. Change as you see fit.
Here are a couple of useful tools for SNAs
Brandchirp (use to be flashtweet)
Scrapebox (good for comment spamming but the learning curve for this tool is a bit steep)
For FB I do everything manually as I have yet to find a good tool.
again though dont get hung up on th BH part. its just to kickstart your site. In the end you want NATURAL TRAFFIC FROM SERPS.

Interesting post. The only thing I'm still hung up on is the concept of using 100 keywords/phrases in a single post, even if it is 1000 words. You also say that most keywords are two word phrases...so 200 words of your 1000 word post is made up of keywords? This is probably more a reflection of my writing ability, but I'm not sure I could write with any quality if I had to use a different keyword phrase in each 10 words of text. I know I couldn't do it and have it make any sense if I was making 2 out of every 5 words a different keyword phrase, which is the ratio in a 500 word article.

It can be tricky sometimes but its doable. These are not going to be a quick write up. I spend time on posts and think of them as a puzzle at times. How can I put these keywords in this post and make it appear natural? Not all my posts come out "clean" but a few bad posts can be buried under a lot of good ones as long as you keep at it. and yes sometimes I dont put exactly 100 keywords in if I cant get them to fit well.
bottom line. WRITE BIG POSTS. THE BIGGER THE BETTER little 4-5 sentence paragraph posts arent going to cut it. This is one of the reasons why I stated to STAY AWAY FROM MICRO NICHES. YOU WILL RUN OUT OF MATERIAL IF YOU DO A MICRO NICHE SITE AND YOU WILL BE EASIER SPOTTED FOR KEYWORD STUFFING BY THE G POLICE. If writing isnt your strong point and you have some money to spend hire a freelance writer.
also I forgot to mention you will most likely end up using the same keywords over and over as I am now. as long as its natural this is good thing. You're reinforcing your keywords with each post you use them in and add to the already growing trend they have.

Thanks for all your helpful answers. I have a question about how you choose your keywords. You said you choose only ones with a growing trend.
Let's take "spyware removal" for example.
This looks like it's falling and losing popularity, but according to google's keyword tool, there's 22,000 exact searches a month for it.
By your definition of "growing trend", wouldn't you end up excluding keywords like spyware removal and missing out on all the search traffic for it?
