But on Veo, only one to two videos can be created with one Gmail account.

I want the AI video generator to create ten videos. It's fine even if each video is only 8 seconds long.

I've tested most of these and the "free" market changes every week. If you want quality without paying, don't waste time on generic tools.

For short clips and realism, go with Kling AI. They give you daily credits and the physics are way ahead of Luma or Pika right now. If you need something for social media memes or fast edits, Hailuo (MiniMax) is solid because it handles longer durations better than most.

For long-form YouTube style content, Invideo is the standard but the watermark on the free version is a pain. Most guys here just use the free AI tools to generate the raw clips and then stitch everything together in CapCut.

Don't expect 10-minute videos with one click for free. Use Kling for the b-roll and do the manual work if you don't have the budget for a Runway subscription.
