The marketplace is not a billboard but more of a shopping mall.

We rent thread space, like Macy's rents square footage, and the mall is not responsible for the transactions at Macy's.

The difference is, we care about our community members and have a Dispute Resolution subform to help those whose transactions went South, but we need a reasonable level of proof in order to mediate.

No Mall that I know of offers that free service to those who shop in the stores where they rent the square footage to businesses at the cost of the Mall and @Diamond Damien spends a fair amount of money for the staff to do that mediation.

Shopping mall is the better expression, I agree.

Actually, I feel that BHW is spending too much efforts on dispute resolution whereas there is no obligation at all. It is a courtesy to its users. But many users, both vendors and buyers, take it for granted and expect guarantees and refunds.

It's one of the main reasons it's safe to do business here. Zero tolerance with scammers is the best BHW policy IMO.

I agree. I've never done business outside of BHW DMs and never had an issue. Yes, I did provide my email to repeat customers, in the past, if they requested it, but never to random strangers so to speak.

The solution to this is to not conduct business on Telegram. If the person you're dealing with insists on using it, don't do business with them.

So I know who the seller is thatbwere talking about, I gave him a try, he is a 100% scammer, I wonder how he was approved. I went to tg and had him show me access to the thing he claims he sells and he had zero access to anything.

Typical scammer trying to call you and hang up if you do not reply within 5 minutes.

I don't know, if you have a paid position or something to vest to sellers products , I would be happy to deal with that. Something like qa.

The server offers scrapers and proxy offers I 100percent know how to test whether it's real or not.

Seo has many grossly misleading offers but that would take too much time to reasonably vest.

Yes it is. If you don't have the ability to DM then ask the seller to DM you. If they refuse, don't deal with them.
