Don't buy anything from him, it's a scam. I bought VVC for $100 to use for Facebook ads, which doesn't work. After reporting the problem, he no longer reads messages.

Don't go near this seller, biggest pos scammer. Sold me a private panel for my own VCCs on Monday 5th for $550, claimed to take 1hr tops and has strung me on for over 3 days and not delivered. I even deleted my first warning of this seller as they promised to make me whole by the end of Jan 7th and they still failed to do so now pushing the goal posts to the 10th. They first said it was downtime on the VCC panel I spoke to their "provider" who said no, no downtime. (Probably their second account to try double dip the scam). Spoke with them again today and they openly admitted they used the money for something else and never purchased the panel on my behalf. Dude needs banning and removed from here.

I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. On December 10th, I requested a full refund of $150. Despite promising to process it within 14-21 days, they still haven't refunded me. It's been over a month, and they're ignoring my messages.
