Looking for REAL Static Residential USA Proxies (Tested Many, 95% Fail). I’m looking for genuine static residential USA proxies for US-based surveys.

• Already tested many well-known proxy providers and resellers
• Around 95% of IPs fail IPQualityscore
• Most “residential” IPs show as VPN, hosted, or low-quality
• Some rotate unexpectedly or don’t stay static

Looking for:
Static + residential (not mobile)
USA-based only
• Pass common IP quality score.
• Prefer providers who allow testing before purchase

Not interested in:
• Datacenter IPs
• VPN services
• Free proxies

If anyone has real experience with a provider whose claims actually hold up, please share. DM is fine if you don’t want to post publicly.

Thanks.

tried many already but they will fail in long run.

Nice giveaway 4G mobile proxies are useful for many testing scenarios. Thanks for sharing.

The other option is:

https://www.piaproxy.com/

But this is generally used for fraud and maybe is more flagged. But of course you can use it for this safetly.
Tried Pia,9Proxy,ip2world all fail.

Not directly a recommendation, but you could try out the providers here on the Marketplace (in case you haven't already). They're tested for legitimacy before they're authorised to post so there's that. You could also perhaps request a test to see if it's a right fit for you before committing to them: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/
Best of luck.

You need to post in the WTB section for us proxy providers to give you offers

You're gonna have better luck with Decodo or Bright Data for actual static residential that passes IP quality checks since they filter their pools properly, though you'll pay a premium compared to the budget providers you've been testing. Most of the cheap "residential" proxies are just datacenter IPs with ASN masking or recycled mobile IPs that flag every quality check - stick with providers who offer proper testing windows and guaranteed IP type replacement policies.

It’s best to have the other party provide a test first. You can only determine if it works by trying it out. At least, that's how we approach it.

I recommend you usocks.vip
911.re alternative

usocks.vip is a scam, I just deposited $43 and it didn’t reflect and no contact support. Fraud everyone please beware of socks.vip

A lot of survey platforms and tools like IPQualityScore are very strict nowadays. It’s not just about whether an IP is labeled “residential.” They evaluate ASN reputation, historical usage, traffic patterns, and even behavioral signals tied to that IP range.

Even static residential IPs can show as VPN/hosted if they’ve been heavily used in automation or flagged before. In many cases, the issue isn’t the provider — it’s that survey platforms actively filter proxy traffic in general.

If you’re consistently failing checks, it may be more about platform policy and IP reputation history than finding a “better” proxy.

If you're looking for US static / sticky IPs, you can consider our proxies.

  • Large pool of US residential IPs
  • ⏱ Sticky sessions up to 1 hour
  • Rotating & sticky support
  • Free trial available on signup (no approval required)
  • Pricing as low as $0.15/GB

You can test the IPs first and check if they suit your use case.

I’d be careful relying too much on IPQualityScore or similar tools.

Those scores aren’t very reliable as a source of truth. Each checker uses its own data, refresh cycle, and logic, so the same IP can pass one and fail another.

A few things people overlook
– “static residential” doesn’t mean clean forever
– reputation depends on IP history, ASN, and past abuse
– one bad user before you can tank the score
– sometimes IPs need manual delisting to recover

Even good IPs can look bad on these tools, and bad IPs can look fine for a while. So optimizing purely for score checks can be misleading.

You’re right that static helps with consistency, but it’s not a guarantee of zero fraud flags. What matters more is how the IP behaves over time and how you use it.

If you’re seeing 95% fail, it might also be your filtering method, not just the providers. I’d test proxies directly on your actual survey targets instead of relying only on score tools.

real talk, survey panels are some of the pickiest targets out there for ip quality. static residential that actually passes isn't just about the ip type, it's about the ISP it's registered under. a major cable or telecom provider will score clean, anything routed through smaller or commercial ISPs tends to flag even if it's technically "residential."

That’s kinda the usual issue with “residential static” proxies they sound solid but don’t really hold up when you test them. If you’ve already gone through that many and they’re failing, it’s probably just the quality of what’s being sold out there.

Have you found any good recommendations or reliable proxy providers that you're currently using?
