Well you should maybe mention that you look for company CREDIT cards. If it really has to be company credit cards its impossible for 5-7 dollars. Registering a company alone costs minimum 50-60 dollars.

Mate, nobody will do that unless you are bringing some pretty serious volume. I have worked precisely in card processing.

Do you seriously thing card issuers would risk their relations with banks, visa, mastercard and the PSPs so they can make what is essentially negative revenue for whatever you plan to do online? They take all the risks, you take all the benefits?

Have you realised that when you walk into a bank, atz the counter, they even chain down the pen they have you sign papers with and that banks generaly have the biggest and most beautfil buildings? These did not come from issuing zero value cards.

Issuing card is a risk business, banks have actual deparments called "risk". Card issuers are selling risk absorption, not plastic.
