This domain created a few days ago without any authority is ranking number 1 in an ultra competitive niche. 91DA according to Ahrefs.
How is that possible? What are they doing?

x.it.com is a third-level domain, so when you register a .it.com domain it's actually a subdomain of it.com, which is why every one starts off with the DR of the root domain in Ahrefs' eyes. I'm surprised the tld (or sld, whatever) isn't being used by cheap PBN builders to bulk out their average metrics.Hi,
It could be a .it.com domain, because these types of domains can show a 90+ DR even without backlinks. If you check a domain like Blaseasidk.it.com in Ahrefs DR checker, it will still show 90+ DR, whether the domain is purchased or not and even if it has zero backlinks.

Look, the domain has 0 backlinks, no domain age, and nobody has ever bought it in the past, but it still has a 92 DR.
