For me, it comes down to risk vs. effort vs. upside. I usually test strategies that are low-risk, don’t break platform rules, and can be measured quickly. If something requires a lot of setup, unclear metrics, or could put the account at risk, I tend to avoid it. Small tests with clear KPIs help separate what’s practical from what just sounds good in theory.
