Help needed, I've just set up a shopify store and running a PPC campaign on Meta. The current set up is Ad -> Bridge Page -> Product page.

I am not doing any social media promotion, SEO or anything. Just running ads on Meta.

My problem is none of the data adds up. Meta is telling me I have 250 outbound clicks, and 86 landing page views.

But GA4 tells me I have 117 page views, and out of these 117 people 14 have clicked through to my product page.

But then Shopfiy says today only 2 people have been to my store

Why is my tracking incorrect? I have checked GTM and GA4 and all the events are firing

Tracking discrepancies like this are usually down to how each platform defines a visit. Meta counts the click immediately, but Shopify only counts a session once the page fully loads and the tracking script fires. If your bridge page is slow or users bounce before the Shopify pixel loads, you'll see those low numbers. Try checking your page load speed or using a server-side tracker to capture more data

Shopify only tracks people reaching your checkout/store, bridge page clicks won’t count there.

This is normal your tracking isn’t broken.
Meta over reports clicks, GA4 misses some users, and Shopify only counts real visitors.
Your main issue is the bridge page too many people drop off.

Fix tracking (Pixel + CAPI), add UTMs, and improve your CTA.
Focus on conversions, not matching numbers.
