if these are a us based networks you must make under $600 not to have to claim.
But the networks still need to file so they will ask for your SS# anyways. Look for networks out of Canada or the UK

Okai But im form the usa, i can input my SSN later Whenever i have something to cashout.

there are a few out there, you just have to keep your eyes open. i think i used one(not mentioning the name out loud) that doesn't ask for ssn, they don't run with alot of affiliates so they try to keep it lowkey. but payouts are good. bout as good as any other network.
