Proxy Network That Hasn't Blocked Stripe & PayPal

Side question: Who are the top 5 USA mobile proxy providers that you would suggest that work for IG, FB, etc. as well as PayPal and Stripe?
I can't pick 5 at the moment. I can only say that I use dynamic LTE proxy and sslprivateproxy

Stripe does not have high requirements for IP. But they have AI detection mechanism. It can prevent card testing

It looks like to me that majority of the proxy network blocks Stripe, PayPal or any payment gateway and thus one cannot do any e-commerce purchases.
If you can just go to the site, payments, but you can't commit. This means that the proxy is not blocking the payment. It is the paypal or stripe anti-fraud system that is blocking the payment. That is, it sees that you enter with a proxy and realizes that it is a proxy. And it rejects your action. You need to think in the direction of improving the change of antidetect browser fingerprints, take clean proxies, make a better profile and so on. Depending on how much you do. And how much you think about your fingerprints depends on the success.

Try mobile proxies with a geo for your billing address.
Warm up the browser profile cookies.
Check the BIN of the card for trust.
Create a SMM profiles with you email.
Before attempting a payment, check your IP address and browser profile, for example, like here PROXY Quality Tests. How to avoid getting a Fraud Score.
And here about basics about farm-up account and profile (FB as example) https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/guide-to-5-day-farming-of-fb-accounts.1554641/page-8#post-18377538
For using banks etc do we need to use dedicated proxy or rotating mobile will fit the need?

Why does PayPal, Stripe, and many banks block proxies? And how do they know to block proxies, especially mobile ones?

Dynamic LTE meaning your own LTE one? Or is there a company?
cleanLTE

Residential, private and mobile will do. Datacenter is not good. It is important not to change the IP address subnet and check its quality. The most important thing is to store the browser profile and cookies.

I was asking about dedicated proxies. Given that mobile proxies are rotating and shared, they usually have some fraud score. I wonder if any normal mobile proxy is suitable for this use case or we need dedicated.

Wait, do you prefer ProxyLTE.com or CleanLTE.com? Or both? And CleanLTE asks for a "token" when I visit it. What is the token? Sorry if I am stupid.

CleanLTE.com is a new domain for proxyLTE. Token is for login verification . You need to sign-in to receive

If you are able to access Stripe, PayPal or able to do any e-commerce purchases, please name the proxy network. I am looking for Rotational Residential Proxy network only.

These network blocks stripe/PayPal: Popular one like Smartproxy, Oxylab, Iproyal and many more.
any luck finding out any proxies that work with pay pal. pm me pls

Use mobile proxy. Its works there no way they charge 5$+ a gig and block. I havent seen residential ip go to stripe. I guess those most be blocked.

Most residential proxy networks get flagged by Stripe and PayPal because those platforms maintain sophisticated fraud detection systems that actively blacklist known proxy IP ranges regardless of the provider. Your best option is running your own proxy infrastructure through 4G/5G mobile proxies or clean residential IPs that haven't been cycled through multiple users, since commercial rotational proxies are almost universally recognized and blocked by major payment processors.

How and where is someone supposed to find such a thing as that? They don't seem to exist.
