How is it one modem per user if i can switch locations? Explain this please so if i switch from new york to LA do i get a dedicated modem in each location or when i switch the other one is let go? also what if i want to switch to newyork but there is no modem there available how does this work are they truly 1 user one modem?

Basically we have banks of modems in all the locations. When you click connect to one of the locations you jump on one of the idle modems in that location. You use it, can change IP in that location as many times as you like. Then when you click Disconnect and connect to a new location it restarts that modem you just left, refreshes the IP and then puts it back idle for someone else and you are now on the new location.
