I bought 500$ X threshold account, but I had a rough time with this seller, he keep repeating that issues is due ads campaign setup and not account issues, anyway I contacted X support and they told me that the account quality needs to be checked they told me that the BIO is empty, however I fixed it, then account unblocked after 24hrs, then the account spend only 40$ and banned due to payment issues, I was already told him if account is banned due a payment issues not ads related, I will be need refund or replacement with account can spend, again he responded with same thing, but this time he told me that there no warranty at all and I need to talk to admins, but on his thread on BHW, you can see at last of his banner that he has warranty for account payment issues ( I included a screenshot for that ), also I uploaded the screens evidence to: https://www.mediafire.com/file/wdvug5mekc4aq09/ev-bhw.rar/file ..

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
Many many times he is so aggressive and repeated same reply about the policy like amazon!, but he already have warranty for the payment issues!
