How to post like this? Do they use cloaking or anything to accomplish this?

it's a link and the domain shown is l.l but when i clicked it go to an ecommerce app/site

That image is directly related to money so the campaign will be rejected. U need to change to another creative that is nicer and more attractive. As for the Link, you need to cloak properly. Additionally, for the campaign to be stable, you need a verified BM and a strong account that already has a spending history.

He's running conversion ads; you can choose this type too. For your post, you should choose clean images like these and add your website link to the ad.

Then, once your post is approved and launched, Facebook users will see your post displayed in this format.
