saving facebook ads (not mine)

I see many facebook ads but they dont have share or save optin
I like the but not shown in acitivty
is there any way I can save the foir future purpose
One piece of advice is to capture the link or content of the ad and preserve it for later use by using a note-taking app or taking a screenshot. If there is a link to a website on the page, you can also try saving it as a bookmark. So you won't lose it, even if there's no option to share or save it.

This is because advertisers choose different formats, aiming to force users to interact directly rather than simply saving the content. You can take screenshots and save them to your personal archives for later reference.

Some Facebook ads can’t be saved or shared. Liking them may not show anywhere. You can take a screenshot or follow the page that posted the ad so you can find it later.

No, Facebook does not provide a native, private way to save ads you don't run. Your best legal option is to manually screenshot or screen-record the ad for reference. Any third-party tool claiming to do this likely violates terms of service and poses a security risk.

Try saving your ads to the ad library on your page:
Page -> Page Transparency -> Go to Ad Library

You can’t force a Save button if the advertiser disabled it. Legit ways:
  • Tap the three dots on the ad - Save link (if available)
  • Use Facebook menu -Ads Activity to view ads you interacted with
  • Take a screenshot or bookmark the landing page in your browser
There’s no hidden method beyond these official options.

To save Facebook ads without the save or share option, you can:

Copy the ad link and save it to your browser bookmarks.
Check your Activity History in the settings to see which ads you've interacted with.

These methods will help you save ads for later use.

No one wants their advertisement to be easily saved and copied by competitors.

This usually happens because advertisers use different formats designed to encourage direct interaction rather than simple saving. If you need to keep a reference, you can take screenshots and store them in your personal archive for later review.

When each ad has a different format, it's impossible to save each ad individually, depending on the ad format you can save.

Yep. Screenshot it, or note the Page name + a few words from the headline so you can search later. You can also find most ads again via Meta Ad Library by searching the brand/page.

That’s normal — many Facebook ads disable share/save and activity visibility on purpose.

Ways you can still save them:

  • Click the three dots (…) on the ad → Why am I seeing this ad → copy the ad link
  • Use Facebook Ad Library and bookmark the ad/page
  • Take screenshots or screen recordings for reference
  • Use browser bookmarks or a swipe file (Notion, Drive, etc.)

If there’s no save option, Facebook simply doesn’t allow it for that ad type.

Yep, true. If save/share is off, just screenshot it or find the brand in Meta Ad Library and bookmark it. A simple Notion/Drive swipe file helps too.

Sometimes creatives aim to increase customer action, so there are only CTA buttons and no share or save buttons. Take a screenshot and refer to it, or you can search for the ad samples of the Fanpage you want on Ad Library or use to other spy tools.

Some ads disable share and save options by default. You can bookmark the ad URL, follow the advertiser’s page, or take a personal note/screenshot for reference. There is no official way to force-save those ads for later.

You can take a screenshot or record a screen recording of the ad to save it to your phone. Alternatively, you can tap Send message or Learn more on the ad, this action will leave a trace in your messenger history.

If I have to manually save information using methods like saving post IDs, taking screenshots, etc., I usually have a separate chat window to save this information.

Many Facebook ads disable sharing or saving because advertisers choose specific placements or objectives that limit those actions. You can still keep them by using the “Why am I seeing this ad” menu to visit the advertiser’s page or by manually saving the ad URL or screenshots for later reference.
