AI Agents - What are they good for?

I keep seeing talk about AI agents popping everywhere but I'm struggling to see how they could improve my productivity.

Do you have any? If so, what are they doing?

They are like having a VA on steroids for super cheap costs too.

Whatever you'd want a virtual assistant to do those AI Agents do in few seconds or minutes.

I'm talking about complex tasks, system setups, coding that'll take weeks or months all done within the hour.

Plus you get feedback on steps to take before they start the task.

Had an amazing experience with Manus especially before Meta bought them over. The difference between an AI and an AI Agent is handling and delivery o task, just exceptional they just stop where your prompt stops but build on the idea itself.

That's just a bit, hope others will share their experiences as well.

Now am looking for any that others have used and can recommend.

I keep hearing this, I just haven't made the leap of integrating it into my business. Maybe I gotta do more research
