Best Way to use Articles?

Hey guys, just a quick question.

Pretty noob at the whole IM stuff (have a site, does not perform super well) so I want to know what you guys would recommend I do.

My big question here regards what I should do with articles.

Currently, I'm in touch with some good writers who can give me a good price

Should I:

a) Act as a middleman

b) order them and put them on a site like hubpages or ezines and link to a small .info site with a cpa offer or cpa lead kind of thing?

Just looking for around $10 a day consitantly with minimum effort/hassle.

Would be glad to here other suggestions aswell.
