I understand, but even changing the content and using ad masking methods still doesn't work. Is there a better way???

Aright, these and jewlery and such are hard to place, or impossible, either because its classified as medication, or is not proven to deliver the prosied results, if its the second, creative text and a small disclaimer("if you still eat like a fat fkc, this cant work" etc) helps.

Depends on the product ingredients, if its something like with experimental substances or like ephedrine , they will not allow it due to product compliance.

Yeah, you gotta be careful how you go about those type of products. FB's algo is critical of health and appearance claims so it tends to view products that promises specific results, implies negative self image, or makes unverified health claims as high-risk.
What you claim and what you show is gonna make or break that creative. Dunno the exact content but you'll wanna avoid framing it as a guaranteed weightloss thing, and probably dial back radical result promises to avoid a flag on the drop.
