Yeah, I think you can use Bing Keyword Research inside Bing Webmaster Tools, it shows some search volume and ideas. It’s not as detailed as Google tools, but still helpful.

I would rather use google, but also submit my site to bing, yahoo yandex. or you can try the trial of some paid tools to see if it helps
