For me measuring interest and traffic is more important than making money right away. Have you observed a difference between the two? I'm still trying to determine whether domains associated with competitors outperform random names.

Haven't tested that yet but sure competitors domains should outperform some random unrelated ones else they're related to something random as well, lol

Yes, relevance is probably a major factor. I’m thinking of testing both to compare have you ever tracked type in traffic or keywords to see what drives it most?

I’d say parking today is less about monetization and more about information.

The revenue is usually marginal, but the behavioral signals matter: type-in patterns, geography, repeat visits, even how quickly traffic decays. Those signals help decide whether a name has standalone demand or only theoretical value.
