so i bought cat activity tower. but it was a small one for my big fat cat. she crushed it. the store didnt returned the cash. i was emptied again. again again!

i paid by cash. and the store called police saying that i am trying to scam them. because it was a $74 valued product.

next time I will buy by card and watch their faces detoriate as I request a chargeback.

And they were right. If you had seen that the product is too small for your cat, why didnt you ask for a refund immediately and ship it back when it was still in new condition?

You let your cat destroy the product THEN ask for a refund? Noone in their right mind would issue a refund for that.

police investigated and it sided with the store. saying the tower is fully damaged and borderline unusuable because it's broken, and especially where she scratched it, it's even more broken.

okay. guess what im gonna do when they need help for an investigation. im gonna disassamble the camera whose footage they request on the daily, high crime area. yeahhhh
