You can’t legitimately get a short Instagram ad account ID Instagram doesn’t sell or assign them on demand. IDs (short or not) are automatically generated by Meta when the account is created and usually reflect account age/structure. Trying to buy or manipulate an ad account ID carries a high risk of bans or restrictions. The safest way is to build a clean, aged ad account organically through Meta’s systems.

short IG usernames are usually older or specially farmed accounts, most people don’t create them fresh anymore. they’re usually bought from trusted sellers or marketplaces, sometimes bundled with aged ad accounts. you gotta be careful tho, lots of scams and low-quality stuff out there. personally i think the username itself doesn’t matter as much as account history and trust score, but yeah, short names do look cleaner and sometimes convert better.

From what I’ve seen, “short ID” ad accounts usually come from older or organically created Business Managers rather than something you can manually choose or generate.
