BH SEO isn't dead indeed. It just changes its color. You will see some tricks die and others evolve. AI/ automation might make it easier access but still there are lots of big fishes out there.

Yes, it's getting easier because of lower competition day by day. Lot of people just give up due to ai taking first place in serp results and drop in traffic. Lot of seo don't know how to use ai for blackhatseo.
That does not mean you will get better results and more traffic.

it's easier to do but way easier to spot nowadays,
with google ux signals & their random behavior of tanking any website for any random reason, it's basically getting harder to keep things going,
so basically it's doable, but not worth as it used to be (going from stuffing keywords to web 2 links, and cheap pbns)

I don’t think it’s easier — it’s just different. Automation and AI lowered the barrier, but Google’s pattern detection is much better now. Short-term wins might come faster, but they also disappear faster if the setup isn’t clean. From what I’ve seen, the people still winning long-term are the ones mixing controlled risk with solid fundamentals, not relying purely on automation or disposable assets.

i think "easier" depends on what you mean, tools like AI and automation make some black hat tactics quicker to set up you're right, but they also make detection and penalties more common too
