This thread was for some one specifically because they claimed they can scrape 1m pages for 1000 usd.

So this ended up being a honey trap for all kinds of clowns, scammers and people who do not know better.

So far, every single one, a massive waste of time, you folks have no freaking idea what it takes and everyone says "I can do this easily" , nope, you cannot. A project at this scope is never easy.
