On November 16, 2025, I posted a WTB thread looking for someone who could help me remove a specific review from the page of an app on the Apple App Store for one of my clients. Link Builder007 replied to that thread and said they could help me. So we started talking via DM on blackhatworld.
We both agreed on the price and the following deal:
- I was to pay upfront via crypto
- Service was to be completed by seller within 2-weeks
- Guarantee from the seller that: "if I can’t complete the work, I will return your payment.". (This was repeated by the several times during the conversation)
However, it has been more than 1 month since hire and the service was not completed. Link Builder007 has acknowledged this and apologized for not being able to complete the work, but refuses to issue the refund as we had agreed.
The seller says that his manager is refusing to issue a refund and that I should choose another service from them instead. I have told them that I am not interested in another service. I want a full refund as we had agreed to. The seller continues to refuse the refund and has not responded to my last messages.
I made a payment a total payment of $300 split into 2 transactions:
1. First sent a $1 to Link Builder007 to confirm that the address was correct.
2. Then I sent ~$299 to Link Builder007.
He confirmed the receipt via dm on blackhatworld.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I have tried to resolve the issue via DM on blackhatworld. The seller is still refusing to perform a refund and wants me to get another service from them instead. I am not interested in another service. They have now stopped responding to my messages
