nice! Just wondering. What is your strategy towards warmup? Like how often are you commenting each day per account?

For the first few days, only browsing. Then, upvoting for the next few days, and then I will focus on leaving comments. I haven't worked on the comment part of the program, which I will work after new year. Till then I have to keep the accounts alive.

UPDATE:

So I took the advice shared here and switched to mobile proxies. That said, before doing that, I had already created around 400 accounts using the same set of datacenter proxies. Yeah… I can already hear the “are you serious?” comments, but stick with me.

I started warming these accounts up a couple of days ago, and surprisingly, the suspension rate has been pretty low so far. I’m still holding judgment for another week, though, because that’s around the time my earlier batch started getting hit.

Overall, this has been a fun (and slightly nerve-racking) experiment. Definitely challenging, but I’m enjoying the process and the thrill that comes with testing things hands-on.

Yet it does, because Reddit dropped out of the cat and mouse game of antidetects and now relies mostly on CQS.

Hey guys!

So I finally decided to test the Reddit hype everyone’s been talking about for a while now.

About two weeks ago, I created roughly 100 Reddit accounts using separate proxies and an anti-detect browser. Everything looked fine initially - no issues, no instant bans. I didn’t really touch the accounts after creation, though, just let them sit.

Fast forward to a couple of days ago, and when I checked again yesterday, almost all of them were banned.

Now I’m wondering if not logging into or warming up the accounts after creation triggered the suspensions, or if Reddit is just getting way more aggressive with detection lately.

Has anyone here actively working with Reddit marketing experienced something similar? Would appreciate any insights on what might’ve gone wrong or how to avoid this next time.

Honestly, it sounds like your proxy provider might be the culprit here. If those residential IPs were even slightly 'dirty,' Reddit’s anti-spam system would have nuked the whole batch regardless of whether you warmed them up or not. Also, 100 accounts in one go is a massive red flag. Quality over quantity is the only way to survive on this platform now.

Anti detect browsers are detected by most platforms. I personally switched to using a google pixel and installing grapheneOS on it. This allows for 32 sandboxed accounts on the phone that can’t be detected.

Register on the Reddit app using a Google account. Create a password in the Reddit app after registration in case G kills your account.

I have more than 300 accounts this way for more than 8 months now. I don’t have to use them daily. Some have sat for months and they are fine. I used one non rotating mobile proxy that matched the SIM card carrier for all of them.

The catch: The phone needs to have a real SIM card and have been activated within the last year by the company that made the SIM card. The SIM card does not have to remain activated but you need to keep the same SIM card in the phone at all times.

2nd catch, the phone has to be sold directly from Google so you can use OEM unlocking. That is very important. If you buy a used one on eBay like me verify with the seller that OEM unlocking isn’t greyed out. I learned that the hard way.

Reddit is easy. Google and discord are harder.

It seems something that works in the US, I guess proxy providers won't offer me a specific mobile proxy matching the SIM card carrier of my country here, sad. How would you deal with that? Order a US SIM card or is there any workaround? Maybe I'm tripping and they offer local mobile proxies matching the carrier in other countries, need to check that.

I'm not using any proxy right now, since I just have 2 accounts xD, no experience with that

Search for it. It's an automation tool, I would say, just like Selenium. If you want to automate some stuff inside a browser, you use these libraries.

Hehe, guess you were right after all. But I had to try for myself.

UPDATE:

I’ve received numerous suggestions, and the biggest takeaway is that account quality and the longevity of accounts depend heavily on proxy quality.

I tested commenting with accounts that had been warmed up for quite some time on datacenter proxies, and they still got instantly banned. In contrast, I created a few accounts using the exact same process but on mobile proxies, started a thread, and one of them is already sitting at 50 karma.

So it’s clearly a case of quality over quantity. This approach will slow things down a bit, but the target remains around 3,000 accounts per month, properly warmed up and ready to post.

Yep, I can successfully post comments and upvote posts and comments using these accounts without any issues.

Nothing complex. Just creating accounts using anti-detect + res. proxies. Still new to this, so figuring out stuff along the way.

I am new to Reddit marketing, so just setting up accounts at the moment. I will be using them for OFM later on.

The res. proxy accounts are only 10-12 days old, so I cannot answer this as of now.

My accounts are fine from day one.

Right after I register I make a comment, then check to see if it’s live in a private browser. If that first comment goes live the account is fine. I don’t have problems with accounts at all. And I don’t do any “warming.”
