I really got sick and tired of 4k watch-time views getting constantly dropped and refilled which costs me time to apply for a monetization. I already tried handful of SMM Panels from the marketplace and none of them worked properly.

I already hear some of you saying "Do not buy them and try to grow organically". For my use-case it is different since I am aiming for quantity rather than quality.

I would be glad if you could share your own experience with the watch-time services. Feel free to recommend me some, if you have already found out a one working for you.

If the goal is raw volume drops are almost unavoidable with panel traffic. The only setups that tend to hold are the ones where artificial watch time is light and blended into real activity, otherwise youtube just corrects it sooner or later.

Why not buy an already monetized channel?

I am not experienced on this one and on top of that I will never know the channel's history and previous owners activity on the channel. Also, the gmail account attach to it. Because of these reasons I tend not to buy one. Let me know your takeaway on that one as well.

I really appreciate your detailed answer. It is more like my long term goal to create my own farm as well. However, I first need to get this whole process up and running in a way that I can create some positive income stream. I can then scale afterwards.

Better to use some automation such as tubeassistpro, watch the videos and get 4k watch time.
