Hey guys. I just started a new mini software business. What would be the best review platform you'd recommend? I tried Trustpilot in the past, but they kept removing my positive reviews. TIA

I use trustpilot. Because it’s heavily moderated those reviews are the best imo. I’ve never had them remove real positive reviews they remove reviews now that are using VPN/Proxy connections. They send an email asking for proof of business transaction. If that is sent to them they will restore the review and mark it as verified. Which is even better than an unprompted review that sticks

There is zero chance Trustpilot is the best. They have been removing a bunch of positive reviews and even when my customers send them receipts, invoices, etc, they never get restored. Might be because I don't pay them

For a mini SaaS, it’s better to prioritize Google Reviews, G2/Capterra, or testimonials on your own website, as they’re more stable and less likely to be removed than Trustpilot if the reviews are genuine.

I also do not pay them.

Literally never had these problems unless it’s proxy/vpn or other obvious factors that you spoofing your browser fingerprint. Like TCP/IP Saying your IP address is hosted on an android but your browser/gpu etc reports you’re on windows or Mac.

I leave fake reviews weekly with a cheap vpn on my phone then send them an order confirmation. Super easy. So what you’re talking about is the opposite of my actual experience.

I would rather focus on sales than trying to get a review from the get go
Reviews are great..but you don't need to dwell greatly on them,
If customers needs real reviews, they would probably want someone they dam talk to that have used your services
