I’ll keep it short.I work with a private affiliate offer in the Adult niche (Recruitment side).The logic is simple: I bring a girl, she starts working (goes live), and I get paid $10 for every broadcast she makes.

Current Situation:I have 8 active girls right now.It generates around $80 per day for me.It's decent money, but I feel stuck.

The Problem:All my current leads came from my "warm circle" (friends of friends, local acquaintances, etc).I have basically exhausted this source. Everyone I could reach locally is already signed up or said no.

My Question:I want to scale this to online / cold traffic but I have zero experience there.Where should I look for new leads?Is Instagram DM the best way? Or dating apps? Or maybe there are specific places for this?

I have the budget to test things, just need a direction.

Telegram groups are a suitable place for you to find and expand your network of partners. I think your field of activity is well suited to searching on Telegram.

They stream on 6+ platforms simultaneously, and each girl has a dedicated remote operator who handles the tech stuff and moderates the chat. The friends I’ve recruited are pretty happy — they’ve already bought the latest iPhones, so the money is definitely there.

Some agents I’ve talked to use a 'grey' tactic: they tell girls it's just Twitch or 17Live, and then the studio interviewer 'closes' them and gently nudges them toward adult content during the interview.
