I didn’t get payment from lospollos yesterday

Anyone is here who get payment from lospollos yesterday? I don’t get but Don't know why?
It’s never happened before. I will contract manager mohoshen in telegran but there showing that he last seen within a month.
I sent mail but no response. Anyone face same as me? Or only i am one. Please reply me if you get payment yesterday.
