I’m curious about the different backgrounds here.
How long have you personally been using Facebook for any kind of online activity or project?
Interested in hearing different experiences.

The platform changes, but human behavior on it stays surprisingly consistent. Watching that shift has taught more than any tool or feature.

I've used Facebook for several online projects over the past few years, but primarily focused on organic growth and paid advertising at various stages. The platform has changed a lot over time, especially in terms of reach and policy enforcement.

I've been working specifically with Facebook ads for about 6 years now, setting up ads to bypass moderation. So far, this is the best traffic source.

Another way to look at it is that facebook feels like a living lab features and formats evolve, but the real lessons come from observing how people interact, share and respond over time not from the platform itself.

Facebook used to be much easier to work with than it is now. Currently, the algorithms have changed a lot, making it more difficult. However, it is still a very good channel for us to make money.

I’ve been using it for over 10 years, and Facebook has been like a lifeline that helped my business recover and remain stable up to today.

I’ve been using Facebook for online activities/projects for several years, mainly to build communities and experiment with different models.

The length of time spent on Facebook doesn't tell you much. Some people struggle for 10 years, while others build a system that generates consistent income in just 1-2 years. What matters isn't how long you use it, but whether you use it as an entertainment channel or a business channel.

I’ve been using Facebook for my business plans for five years and have been very satisfied with it.

I have been working with Facebook for four years now, and although the nature of my work with it has changed, the audience remains the same. The only real change during this time has been the transition from Keitaro to Zeustrack, which is simply more convenient and better:cool: That's all; everything else is the same: hard work and adaptation.

yes the tools and rules change, but people dont. Once you understand that facebook is still very workable.

What kind of projects do you mean? I've been using it long enough to see the shift from organic pages to ad-driven reach.
My current strategy is almost entirely Reels and targeted community groups, traditional page posting has very little ROI now.

That's right, the big playing field always has its own rules, and when you understand them, you're in control of the game.
