Aging Gmail Accounts for reviews

This is what I did so far, all my accounts run on an iPhone farm I built with unique mobile IP per device
- 1 gmail created per iPhone using gmail app
- signed up for a few random mailing lists
- phone number verified on the device
- All devices are located in the region I'll be posting from

What else do I have to do as part of a warmup SOP to get these accounts ready to post reviews from. Do I have to send emails too?

In practice, aged Gmail accounts are significantly better for review posting. Even with a perfect warm-up, fresh accounts always carry higher risk. Aged Gmail accounts already have historical trust signals, normal account lifespan patterns, and lower scrutiny from Google systems.

That is why, for reviews, slightly aged Gmail (weeks to months old) consistently performs more stable than newly created accounts. They require less warm-up, survive longer, and are less likely to trigger review moderation or removal.

Fresh accounts can work if warmed correctly, but aged Gmail is always the safer and more reliable option for review posting.

Your setup already covers the basics well. I would add light, normal usage over time like reading emails, replying once in a while, browsing YouTube or Maps, and letting the accounts age before posting anything review related. Sending a few real replies can help, but consistency and patience usually matter more than volume.

For a proper warm-up, focus on natural, time-based usage not volume. Light email activity (opening, replying once or twice)normal browsing, and gradual profile completion help signal genuine use.

The key is aging + realistic behavior, not doing everything at once.

You have got the tech basics down very well, better than 99.9% of the folks.

And you are thinking correctly about the next steps, but I will not entertain giving all the remaining answers just like that, nor will probably anyone else whos learned this painfully do so.

You also do not address which is the target website, google reviews is different from Trustpilot, there are a few actual tricks and things out there.

If you use a mobile farm approach to manage accounts, there generally won't be any issues.
As long as the IP, device, and account are independent, the account is typically safe.

Focus on normal behavior over time. Real trust signals come from slow, human-like usage patterns. Time gaps between actions should be days or weeks, not hours. Add light inbox interaction, occasional replies to real emails, and natural use of Google services like drive, youtube, and maps.
