Hi there, just curious how everyone does set up to avoid losing Pixel data when dealing with high-risk BH campaigns on META?

Do not rely only on the pixel. Always store your leads and customers in your own CRM or at least in a spreadsheet, so you keep control over yourdata. If your pixel ever gets banned, you can use this data to create custom audiences and conversion events, which helps a new pixel learn and optimize much faster.

That’s why 99% of BH ads fail or have bad KPI's... they have no idea what they’re doing.

not all verticals collect CRM data though

You didn’t mention your niche, but if its for example... casino... you could use a backup pixel to collect data while the main pixel is running ads. There are tons of workarounds.

It’s tricky! Many use conversion API alongside the pixel for enhanced reliability, often combined with IP whitelisting or custom events to filter out suspicious activity and protect valuable data. Some also explore using a delayed attribution model to mitigate immediate impact from potential BH signals.

It’s a tricky situation! Many utilize conversion API alongside the pixel as a backup, often routing high-risk traffic through solely the conversion API for increased reliability and data integrity while monitoring closely. Some also implement custom event tracking and server-side validation to filter potentially problematic signals before they reach Meta.
