Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
Recently i am looking for to buy a google ads renting services, i searched in BHW discussion and found Social tools. So when i check the signature it will take me to (https://t.me/SigmaAdss) the telegram account, so started discussion and he finalized the cost $288 . I made a payment after a he deleted my chat in Telegram not responding now. I dont have much chat history on the telegram app but i searched in my Andirod phone cache it does have few. Before making the payment i contacted here and shared the code for security reason he has shared tat code in Telegram so believed connected to the correct person.
Tricky part is he s not crated any sales thread for his services. So whenever some one looking for the advertising services they directly connected through the telegram so he will paly around there. He will started chatting with them post payment he will delete and blocked me.
This guy does not have any sales thread he is providing services via signature, if someone posts something like looking to buy or rent google ads account, he will comment on the thread so the buyer will connect through the telegram or any other channel. He is not responding my messages.

Yes , tried to reaching him vial telegram and BHW chat but not responding.

@Social Tools, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.
 
@sankar2017 do you not have anything to say? You have until this time tomorrow (monday) to answer or I will be closing this dispute.
 
Why should I initiate a dispute against him? I don’t know him personally. I contacted him through Telegram to get a service, and he claimed he would provide Google and Bing accounts. After I made the payment, he deleted our chat. When I tried reaching him again on the same ID, he stopped responding. If he didn’t do anything wrong, why is he ignoring my messages? Interestingly, when I used my friend’s IDs to contact him, he responded. You mentioned “system manipulation,” but why would I waste my time if I hadn’t made any transaction? He is acting in a very tricky way—he doesn’t even have a proper sales thread, only a signature link.
 
I would like to support this complaint as well.
The user @Social Tools has scammed me in a very similar way. After receiving payment, he stopped responding, deleted messages, and blocked me.

This shows that this is not an isolated incident. I strongly believe this account is being used to deceive multiple people. I support the victim’s report and request that appropriate action be taken to protect other members of this forum.

I and @sankar2017 has no communication on BHW or on other platform and no proof he has produced against it, except some dubious notifications
Sigma Ads just like any profile name can be used by any Telegram user regardless of any username

@sankar2017 if we don't have an answer at the 24 hour mark of my question, we will be treating this dispute as abandoned. When a dispute is put in, we expect that you're going to be involved in it.

I am using a OnePlus mobile. After he deleted my message, I take help from ChatGPT on how to recover deleted chat history from Telegram, and followed the steps provided to retrieve the chats. Before making the purchase, I had shared the code (1987) with him via a BHW personal message. He confirmed the correct code in a Telegram post, in my evidence it will clearly shown and based on that confirmation, I proceeded with the payment.
 
First of all, he didn’t open any sales thread, which is often a tactic used to scam people. Normally, a sales thread helps build transparent conversations, but he avoided that. His signature was linked to Telegram, so after scamming people, there’s no valid evidence left. However, it’s possible to retrieve recent chat history on an Android phone, which he might not be aware of.
Moreover, why waste everyone’s time blaming him.

All i can see is one way telegram notifications which are dubious
 
No, the TG notifications are not dubious. Android has a feature that saves notifications in the settings. That's what he's showing in the video.

@Social Tools please refund your customer. You have 24 hours.

Androids notification history is stored in an internal sqlite database, with root access or developer level expertise can help manage them
