Good Dedicated Server hosting provider, like hetzner with no DMCA

I'm looking for some opinions about good ignored DMCA providers.
So far i'm mostly using Hetzner dedicated servers, which are extremly fast and almost zero downtime (even no small hicups).
But DMCA is a problem... Nothing big (no pirated stuff), just small complains.

So far using 2 hosting providers that are DMCA ignored, but site speeds are slower, although i'm buying good servers. So basically the network/datacenter/location is worse.

Any good providers that i could look into? Want to have good quality, but DMCA ignored.
Prefered hosting in The Netherlands (for GEO location).

If you really need Hetzner's performance, just keep them as a backend and set up a cheap DMCA-ignored VPS in NL as a reverse proxy. That way you keep the speed/uptime but hide the real IP from complaints.

I used to rent my VPS from Hetzner but switched to Netcup after a number of complaints from Hetzner on running tools. No issue at all with any of my Netcup VPS and hosting plans.

Thanks for explaining, will look into it. Offers seems good, only are you talking about DMCA complains too? That's the only thing i have problems with @ Hetzner.

Sounds all good, although expensive. Heard a lot about those Swiss brands, is this the original one?

This is great advice. Can even utilise the services of a company like Altrosky (can recommend - also gets a good rep across other like-minded forums) or go for one of the many recommended copyright-friendly VPS' hosts (always discuss with support before purchasing!).

Use a reverse proxy with OFFSHORE VPS that ignores DMCA. Read AUP is the best way to avoid such things

Easy. You can use OVH / Hetzner / Contabo if you use a reverse proxy.
