I'm afraid of Instagram

probably just a mix of your on app behavior and the things your phone picks up. Still gives that too aware vibe though.

It may seem invasive, but it’s usually just Instagram’s algorithm linking information from your behavior, searches, and social engagement.

I think Meta is breaking the law a lot, but they don't get warnings from the states for it. Maybe because Meta is leaking data to them.

It happened again, I was thinking 3 days ago about a deceased individual and today he showed up in a youtube video. I did not google it and I do not share an internet connection with anyone.

I think you've actually inhaled microbots that analyze your thoughts.

It sounds logical but theres no proof of that. What people read as data sharing is usually just very good inference from your behavior not secret pipelines.

This started to happen long time ago. Restrict as much as possible your app permissions and do notice, some of them also share the information in between them.

Instagram suggests topics based on your online activity and engagement patterns, not private conversations

But I don't even need to search for this question or topic on my phone...
The model infers intent from patterns around you not just direct searches. It feels personal but its mostly probability doing its job a bit too well.

your ancestors fought saber-toothed tigers daily, and you are scared of an... app? do you understand how it sounds?
