I know most analytics tools show traffic country wise, but I’m looking for something more detailed specifically state or region level traffic.
Does anyone know tools or methods that can provide this? Free or affordable options would be great.

SEMrush and Ahrefs give good insights about traffic sources, but for state-level details, you might need to combine them with google analytics.
