How do you feel exiting the business would feel like..I mean what goes on in your mind with the multiple nights of grinding.
would you exit to your kids or sell off some day in the near future

It’s a tough thing to picture. When you’re in the grind, you’re not thinking about exits, you’re just trying to keep the whole thing moving. But yeah, the thought pops up sometimes.

Would I hand it to my kids? Only if they actually wanted it. Forcing them into it never works. Selling one day is possible too, but only if it feels like the right moment and the right buyer.

Right now though, most founders are just focused on surviving the week. The exit talk usually comes later.

I’m having one of the busiest periods of my life right now with a system I’ve been building for months
I’m finally starting to get paying clients from it

I only launched last week and I already have two paying clients, plus two more in the trial phase who will most likely convert.

The level of involvement drains me mahn... It sucks, ngl : D

I’m outreaching, dealing with enquiries, onboarding, and making sure everyone who opted into the system is running smoothly.
I dream every day about an exit plan kinda so I can focus more on acquisition while someone else handles the rest of the business.

Right now all I’m trying to do is stabilise it and get more paying clients in, then I’m off

I don’t think exiting always means you are completely out
If you pass the business on to your kids, you probably just sit back and manage things instead of getting more involved.

Are you talking about a brick and mortar biz? I think the decision will come down to whether the business still excites me later on, or if passing it to someone else, maybe even family, would help it grow even further.

Yes, we typically sell a business or network every third year. Some however, evergreen niches, we will be unlikely to exit unless an approach is made that we feel is well over market value.

I feel like I am just starting out despite being in the game for over 10 years now. I´m in my early 30s. I love what I do and I am married to it, no quitting. Brain on steroids, on fire. So much money to be made. Came from $10 per day shit to four figures. How is that not beautiful?

Quitting? no, it´s putting food on my table, took me places outside my own continent.

It depends on many factors, such as business stability, my age, health, and, in general, my desire to do this. Also, who should I sell the business to? How much should I sell it for?

Let me put it this way: if I had a business that I could sell for, say, $1-2 million, I would sell it and just retire.

But if they offered me less and/or I really enjoyed doing it (and here I mean the desire not to sleep or go out, but simply to do what I love), and in addition it brought in a good income, then no. In general, it depends on many factors.

As for transferring the business to someone else, it also depends on two factors

1. whether they want this business
2. whether they have the skills to manage it

because it would be bad if I gave it to them and they ruined it.
