Hi,

Who is running your own ecommerce? What niche did you pick and which markets are you targeting? Do you have any success stories in Europe?

I see that the United States is getting very competitive. Buyers also want fast delivery. I think 7-14 day wait for physical products doesn't work anymore. Most top competitors offer 1-3 business days. Because of that, dropshipping does not seem like a good option anymore. Do you agree?

What about your marketing channels? Is SEO strong enough to start with or do you prefer to work across many platforms like email, Tiktok, Instagram and others?

Many of my clients operate e-commerce stores in Europe, and the ones succeeding use local fulfilment. Long shipping times don’t work anymore customers won’t wait 2 weeks when competitors deliver in 1–3 days.

From what I’ve seen, SEO alone is slow to start. Multichannel is the way to go: TikTok for testing, Instagram for engagement, email for retention, and SEO to build long-term traffic.

picking one tight niche, avoiding slow-shipping dropshipping, and using a mix of SEO plus fast-testing social channels for traffic.

Apparrel is a good niche, be it Men/Women, fast shipping times, effective customer support, efficient performance marketing on social media is I guess enough to scale.
