disabled inta acct dont give proper backup

my old insta acct just got disbaled
when I take backup iut dont give follower back
anybody know how to solve issue

You cant actually do anything with it.

1. Appeal it. Go to help center and submit a request. Sometimes they actually restore accounts.

You are going to have to appeal it. Once you appeal it, it should be fine. It may ask you to do face verification aswell. In that case, go with it and you should get the account up.

Once an account is disabled, theres no way to automatically restore followers. You can appeal to Instagram, but if they dont reinstate it, you basically have to start fresh.

That's why you have several accounts at a time, so if one gets taken down, you have others ready to go

If the appeal doesnt work, the only real option is creating a new account and slowly rebuilding your audience from scratch.

I have encountered this case and IG backup only returns content data but does not restore followers. You can only file a dispute to get your account back, but there is no way to automatically restore followers if the account is still disabled.
