I've been experimenting with cross-posting between Instagram and Threads, and I'm seeing a noticeable bump in IG engagement whenever a Thread picks up traction.
Not sure if it's an algorithm thing or just because the audience overlaps heavily, but it's interesting.
Anyone else seeing similar patterns or is it just my niche?

It's definitely an algorithm push. Meta is aggressively injecting viral Threads into the main Instagram feed (often as suggested posts) to boost their Daily Active Users. You're riding the wave of their own promotion.
