Know the industry well, you ideally wanna network with either super wealthy people (like corporate execs, high finance, etc) and bet and lose a lot. Or the other best option is to start playing live poker in casinos and start networking with people there, these people often bet and lose a lot and sometimes have connections to local books. They can likely either get u an account at a local or u can look to takeover one of their accounts,
