Do you guys rotate offers regularly or just stick with one that’s performing?
Sometimes I feel like switching too often resets progress, but staying too long can kill ROI when traffic burns out.
How do you balance it?

I usually stick with a performing offer until ROI starts dropping, then test new ones slowly. Frequent rotation can reset learning, so it’s better to scale what works and rotate only when necessary.

I typically prioritize the best-performing offers, while running tests on new offers in the background.

If an offer performs well, I keep it running.
But I still test new ones occasionally to avoid traffic burnout.

Stick with what's working until numbers drop, then rotate. Chasing new offers constantly is how you waste optimization data you already paid for.

If an offer is still converting, I usually keep it running, rotation only happens when conversions start dropping or traffic gets saturated.

Constant switching usually resets momentum.

Actually regular swapping between different funnels make sense only if u are using low quality sources like tik-tok, facebook etc
On high cost sources like google or msn u are adapting funnel, but keep it alive as long as possible if it's still showing cr, because it's too high risk to test new approach when CPL of lead is insanely high

Always have 2-3 new offers in testing in the background. The main one runs until the numbers clearly show it's dying, then I swap in the best performer from my tests. Switching too often without data is just wasting money, but you need to be ready to pivot instantly when performance drops.

It should definitely be the one that keeps generating profit.

Keep running it until it becomes unprofitable.

During this period, you can test new ads, but don't replace the old, profitable ones.

Keep a winner running until ROI drops. Only rotate when performance dips. Switching too fast kills learning.
