If you're a moron or a tyrant then we don't want you as customers anyway. We turn down people everyday for acting like idiots. Our busy schedules include thousands of support requests per month to which 99% respond positively. The only complaints being voiced here are of frustration with the results of their own selfish actions. Rodog is the only one here with a valid point. He's pissed the update didn't come out as promised on time. We've kept the forum updated as to the progress, to which he was unsatisfied, and a refund was offered to which he denied. If you want to chase your own tail because it's fun go for it, just don't expect me to keep pointing that out.

Guys seriously, the software has been working for me; although not at full capacity or to my liking. The problem? Under Source 2, it doesn't collect proxies from different countries. I'm in the US.

Also, when it collects US proxies under source 1 and you try to check the proxies, I don't think that it checks all of them because out of a large number (over 100), it only finds maybe 5-10 working proxies. I don't know if this is the average or not but it seems like a small number of working proxies. Other than that the program works fine.

You're right hercules. When I try to find proxies, it normally collects around 125-150 at a time then finishes. When I check to see if any of these are good, that's when it only comes back with 5-10 good proxies. It should certainly find a lot more than that. I'm wondering what source the software uses.

I see the numbers of dissatisfied customers is climbing. I bought this back in June with a promise it would be updated for Firefox. However, I never got it to work not even once. The customer service i received was hostile and unwanted. Never got offered a refund even though I never got it to work. All i got for my money was a bad experience and I'll never buy anything from them. I think the mods should look into the growing complaints. BHW members shouldn't be getting screwed by other BHW members no matter who they are.

Half of the people bitching aren't even customers. The other half are those who have terminated their tech support with their belligerent actions. If your customer service was revoked because of your behavior than say so, otherwise you'd be patiently waiting for the Firefox patch like the other 99% of our customers.

The FireFox patch is coming as we're back in the office today getting everything up and running. The only legitimate argument I've read has been the dissatisfaction with the delays in the ff patch release. We're are empathetic with this position and to prove it we're making sure the benefits will out-weigh the small inconvenience of the delay. Our hundreds of customers know that we're men of our word and as promised you'll be enjoying the Proxy Machine via FireFox.

Make sure you harvest a good amount of pages and check a few hundred at a time to find the quickest. Use proxies in the middle of the bulk to ensure quality. If anyone wants a website they get proxies from that is reliable or your own personal online stash of proxies internalized, just mention it on the thread or pm me the source and it shall be done. There's tons of valid proxies waiting to be harvested, dig deep.
